Terms of Use
Last updated August 2, 2026.
StraightPic is distributed through Apple’s App Store and licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”), which governs your use of the app. The full text is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Using the app
You may use StraightPic for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for the photos you edit and for having the rights needed to correct and save them. Don’t use the app to process images you don’t have the right to use.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos you edit with StraightPic. The app processes every image entirely on your device and never uploads it — see the Privacy Policy for details.
Purchases
StraightPic is a one-time paid download with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Your purchase is billed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple’s own terms and refund policies in addition to these terms.
Availability
Elevator Beat LLC is a small, independent studio. Features and availability may change as the app evolves. StraightPic is currently in development and not yet available for download.
No warranty
StraightPic is provided “as is.” We work hard to make it reliable, but we don’t guarantee that every result will be error-free or meet every expectation.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the app evolves. Continued use of StraightPic after a change means you accept the updated terms.
